I first met Vincent many years ago at a beautiful South Coast, little town, called Vincentia, whilst away on a short break with a group of friends. A skinny, flea ridden, smelly little pup used to arrive on our door step each day, looking for any leftovers he could bludge. The locals told me he was a wild stray who nobody wanted, so that was my calling to bring this little guy back to the Northern Beaches and give him a home with tons of TLC, including wholesome food. After settling Vincent in to the beaches lifestyle, I worked for some time with an Animal Nutritionist, and it was there that kick started my interest and passion in animal nutrition. It opened my eyes to how much rubbish there was in the foods we fed our pets. And from here Vincent’s Pantry was born.
